Refund policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy for your first order, allowing you to try one ActiveFormula product with confidence. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund.

To qualify, your first order must be a one-time purchase of a single item made directly through activeformula.shop and shipped to a United States address. Bundles, orders containing more than one purchased item, and subscription orders—including the first subscription shipment—are not eligible.

If your request is approved, we’ll refund the full price paid for the eligible product to your original payment method. You do not need to send the product back to us. Original and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, leaking, defective, expired, incorrect, missing, or affected by a quality or safety issue so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Gift cards, free gifts, free samples, items clearly marked as final sale, and products purchased from another retailer or marketplace are not eligible for this refund policy.

We do not accept physical product returns. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations and Subscriptions

We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been placed.

To request a cancellation of a one-time purchase, contact us as soon as possible at info@activeformula.shop. If your order has already entered processing or shipment, it may no longer be canceled.

Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through your subscription account portal. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund an order that has already been processed or shipped. We do not charge a subscription cancellation fee.
